Event details

Date: 17. November

Schedule: 4:00 pm PST

Event type: In-Person

Location: 55 Hawthorne Street, Suite #400, San Francisco, CA 49105

Exhausted. Stressed. Anxious. Berating yourself for “not doing or being enough.” These are all signs of burnout. As Latinas in Tech, we are striving to be the best at everything we do, but without healthy boundaries, many of us are unable to consistently show up without getting burnt out. The good news is that it is possible to achieve your goals without sacrificing your health and wellbeing.

Join us on Nov 17, 4:00-6:00 PM PST and hear from Latina leaders as they share personal stories about burnout, teach us how to recognize it, and share tips for preventing and addressing it in our own lives. This event is a great opportunity for you to take a moment for yourself to network and build your community to support you through your career.
