When a company tells you they keep the “user” at the core of their products, what does that mean? Are they thinking about the user, or are they actually talking to them? Testing with them? Hearing from them what their wants, needs, and pain points are? At Adobe, the research team partners with design and product to test features and products with current (and future) users – with the goal to create universally useful products. How we do so depends on a lot of different factors – the problem, the target user, the prototype available, and a lot more. In this event, Adobe Design Research & Strategy will walk you through the many approaches we use to test with users. More than that, we want to help you distinguish between “bad” and “good” research practice to help you evaluate research studies in your own role.
