Global Enablement Program Manager
Are you someone who is a natural problem solver, a seasoned program manager and loves working cross-functionally on dynamic initiatives? Do you love to innovate and invest in the success of others? Do you have expertise in designing enablement solutions for revenue organizations? If so, we are looking for a Global Senior Program Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team and help us deliver effective and impactful implementations to the field across our Go-to-Market efforts.
You will be given the opportunity to directly shape and develop the strategy, experience and objectives behind some of our most critical initiatives with our partners, including sales methodology, technical systems & process rollouts, demo, narrative, compete & campaign launches.
At the helm of major launches alongside your Enablement teammates, you will play a major role in coordinating the end-to-end enablement engagements & change management across these pillars for our global Sales & CS teams.
What You’ll Achieve:
Act as a strategic consultant & advisor to our cross-functional partners as we prepare for upcoming releases to the field
Effectively collaborate with the enablement team and revenue leaders to roll-out programs that allow us to achieve our priorities
Support adoption across new motions, behaviors & processes
Quarterback full-cycle project management across assessment, scope, design, deployment and measurement
Coordinate & support field feedback throughout development of learning materials
Set, measure & report back on metrics associated with your learning objectives
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in enablement, project management, or sales / customer success
Experience driving & launching large-scale enablement initiatives
Proven experience in partnering & leading cross functional initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast paced,
Team first mentality with a passion for collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a former Sales or Customer Success member
Strong change management expertise
Highly organized, detail-oriented and self directed
Experience utilizing Asana
Strong facilitation skills
SaaS experience
