We are Belvo, a financial API platform for Latam.

A little bit about us:

We are Belvo, a financial API platform for Latam that enables any company or developer to access and interpret their end-users’ financial information, through one easy-to-use API.

We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team based in Barcelona and Mexico City that is tackling a very challenging problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.

About the team:

We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
We are a flexible international team focused on creating cool stuff. Some of us prefer to work together in one of our offices and others prefer remote. For this reason, it is important to have teams on the ground who get the most detailed knowledge of all the markets we are present
Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.

Your challenge:

Lead the Operations team at Belvo: coordinate cross-department to define the goals and OKRs for the team and monitor and help with the execution
Ensure the company has access to all the necessary accounts needed for the development of our product: this includes opening personal and business bank accounts in different countries, coordinating with external stakeholders to access accounts abroad, create structures to incentivize internal and external people to give the team access to new accounts and products, etc
Develop and optimize new processes with aggressive timelines for completion
Ensure that internal processes are scalable at all times, working towards achieving ever-improving operations
Work cross-department, especially with product and sales, to identify gaps and needs and to perform the fastest delivery possible
Lead our Business Intelligence Associate to provide data visibility to the rest of the team, increasing our data-driven mindset
Build, track, and communicate detailed metrics dashboards to make data-driven decisions at scale
Getting things done and hustle. You will be pragmatic, act fast and wear many different hats and do whatever it takes to get the job done
This is a role with the opportunity for a lot of growth – you must be passionate about seeking to learn and grow with the company
