About the role:

Chronosphere is looking for an innovative and ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to help the business scale rapidly through 2022 and beyond. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring hands-on marketing operations rockstar to get in early and have a significant impact on the growth of our company. You will build the programs and manage the systems required to capture and nurture demand. The Marketing Operations Manager will report on pipeline and campaign performance, measure ROI, optimize for efficiency and identify any leakage across the marketing and sales funnel. You will be a strategic partner with the marketing team to ensure our data can provide insights to enable growth. You will be revenue minded and directly contribute to the continued growth of Chronosphere and the Marketing organization.

In this role you will: 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Demand Gen, Field Marketing/ABM) on campaign production and executing integrated campaigns through multiple channels
Test and optimize to improve open rates, CTR, conversion and other relevant KPIs
Build automated, multi-touch nurture programs for several audiences across the customer lifecycle
Set up testing, execution and reporting on campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing
Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo and be the system super-user, driving improvements and best practices
Work with the team to review program requirements and identify areas of optimization, update progress on email and digital marketing campaigns and programs
Assist in managing and configuring Marketo, 6Sense, SFDC integration and creating and pulling reports
Ensure data quality across downstream systems

You must have:

BA or BS degree in marketing, business or related field
6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations with B2B go to market motion
Proven track record of managing the marketing tech stack with systems like Marketo, Salesforce, Leandata, 6Sense, Bizible, Wordpress, sales emails tools, and data enrichment tools
Experience designing and implementing complex digital campaigns with multiple vendors
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Excel, and the Google Marketing Platform
Strong analytical skill and experience with reporting and analysis
Self-starter – ability to work independently
Goal-oriented, creative and thrive under pressure
Works well in team environment with positive attitude to contribute new ideas
