About the role:

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to be the main point of contact for our U.S. hub offices (NYC and Seattle) and any future offices. This Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for managing the workplace operations in NYC headquarters.

In This Role You Will:

Oversee day-to-day workplace operations for U.S. hub offices and future locations
Be the face of the office for our team, candidates, investors and customer visits
Work with our People Operations team to setup new hire’s desks (in NYC) and other Chronospherian visitors desks, especially during team off-sites in the NYC office
Order and maintain office supply levels, tracking, and reporting
Managing and work with our IT team (external) for all requests
Manage office layout planning and office moves.
Manage the relationship with building management, Studio along with the clearing staff, IT, and other providers
Work with teams to organize events in hub cities and employees working remotely
Manage employee swag program including swag ordering for new hires
Support team off-site planning and logistics

You Must Have:

4+ years of Workplace management experience
4+ years of Vendor management experience
Experience with coworking spaces
Experience working at a fast growing company
Experience with internal communications

Nice to Have:

Project management experience

Location:

3-4 days onsite in the NYC office (some domestic travel necessary)
