Chronosphere’s People Strategy & Operations department is excited to open the first role on the L&D team to build out the function. People are drawn to you and you have a natural ability to connect people to concepts and ideas through your multi-pronged approach to learning.

Build out our learning & development function
Work cross-functionally with people strategy leaders to understand how to effectively cultivate an environment of force multipliers in part through learning opportunities
Build a best-in-class onboarding program for a global audience
Craft an on-going continuous learning program for audiences of all levels to deepen technical and business acumen
Help define what it means to be a leader at Chronosphere and then be the key driver in building out competency based programmatic learning opportunities tied to these characteristics
Roll out and manage our manager training programs
Built out a variety of learning programs to meet a variety of needs (mentorship, coaching, sponsorship, training, etc.)
Hire and build a team
5+ years experience in Learning & Development
2+ years of experience as a people leader
Exceptional fluency in L&D practices and measures
Strong communication skills to present and convey complex data in a way that is easy to understand
Technical training experience a plus
Experience in VR/AR is a plus as we explore how to best foster L&D in a remote first world
Comfortable working as a self-starter, defining processes and strategy from scratch
