Engineering precision exosomes

This role is for an innovative and driven researcher in the immunology department to support vaccine development. You will have the opportunity to be part of the preclinical development of Codiak’s exosome-based vaccine platform (exoVACC) to support therapeutic programs in oncology and other disease areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology and preferably experience in vaccinology. The candidate will have experience in the immunological characterization of novel vaccine candidates. Expertise in immune assays especially ELISA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry-based assays and immune-phenotyping is a must. In this role, you will also develop cell-based assays, including murine and human primary cell-based assays, to unlock the potential of the exoVACC platform. The candidate will also have opportunities to be involved in other immunology-related drug development programs.
