Job Description
A Daxko Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall functionality, support, and maintenance of Salesforce. The ideal candidate has a seasoned understanding of the system and experience translating business requirements into best practices and scalable solutions, all while keeping the organization’s best interest in mind.  With a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience, the Salesforce Administrator enjoys all aspects of system/user management including designing solutions, creating concise documentation, resolving support tickets, providing end-user support and training, with the end goal of enhanced user adoption.

You will also:

Design / build / maintain system solutions including flows and other declarative automation, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, custom settings, standard/custom objects, reports, dashboards, etc.
Configure and maintain all aspects of Salesforce security, including user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, etc.
Maintain and improve system security, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc., to enhance system reliability and data quality.
Regularly implement change management and governance best practices and process improvements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive the company’s Salesforce roadmap.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Maintain certifications, knowledge and skills on features and releases to advise on new functionalities and solutions as needed.
Work with end-users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary.
Maintain systems integrations to promote seamless processes for all users.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of Salesforce Administration experience
Operational experience in medium to large company structure
Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder Certification required
Salesforce Certification Required (Administrator)
Experience with Customer Portals and associated license types (high-volume portal licenses, etc.)
Experience and understanding configuring and maintaining APIs and other system integration tools

 

Bonus points for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
One (1+) years of Salesforce CPQ experience
One (1+) years of Experience Cloud
Two (2+) years of Operational Experience in medium to large company structure
Project management experience (PMP certification)
Two (2+) years of Salesforce CPQ experience
One (1+) years of TaskRay experience
