Expedia Group is looking for an experienced App Marketing Manager to join our mobile marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to lead Expedia Group’s mobile app campaigns on one of our largest and most dynamic paid app acquisition channels, Facebook. As one of Facebook’s top global advertisers, we at Expedia Group partner closely dedicated with partner account teams to test and implement new marketing technologies before they are released to the rest of the global marketplace.

Please note that this role can be based out of our Austin, Seattle or Dallas office.

What you’ll do:

Deliver best-in-class Facebook mobile app marketing through campaign implementation and optimization
Scale Facebook mobile app campaigns globally, across all EG brands, with adherence to ROAS targets
Manage Facebook mobile app campaign testing roadmap
Manage relationship with our Facebook marketing partner (Smartly)
Review performance reports with Smartly (agency) for all brands on a weekly basis and provide campaign management guidance to them
Provide reporting and operational insights to partners
Review campaign performance and make decisions on budget allocation and optimization across brands/regions/tactics
Partner with Analytics team to operationalize EG Facebook mobile app campaign common measurement strategy
Partner with Analytics team on iOS 14 testing to minimize impact

Who you are:

Experience in handling digital/programmatic media, specifically mobile app install campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
Experience in using preferred but not required
Analytical mentality, including ability to manipulate data, perform financial analysis and process large amounts of data to understand trends
Strong communications skills (written and oral)
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Conceptualize, initiate and handle marketing tests
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint a plus)
Familiarity with various digital advertising bidding models (CPM, dCPM, CPC, CPA) and leading campaigns to ROI/ROAS performance models (experience with managing and testing campaign performance based on incremental lift measurement a plus)
