Do you have previous experience in global online B2B channel marketing? Are you passionate about creating and measuring marketing campaigns to generate leads, grow revenue and raise awareness of our business? The Media Solutions marketing team is looking for an experienced, detail oriented, and analytical-minded Digital Marketing Manager who will own the prioritization of our marketing campaigns across channels/markets/LOBs, all based on central team inputs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, this role plays a key role in scaling team efforts by optimizing performance and growth of the businesses’ marketing channels.

This role is responsible for owning, personalizing, and optimizing our website, building paid and organic search strategy, driving paid social on LinkedIn, supporting our email marketing channel, supporting our blog channel strategy with SEO, and deploying channel strategies across our go-to-market campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager is essential to the team in terms of launching and managing global marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do:

Optimize the website for user experience (UX), content distribution, and lead conversion rate
Set up and optimize organic search campaigns to drive traffic to our website
Build and manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive consideration and conversion
Build and manage paid social campaigns in LinkedIn to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
Support the email marketing team by optimizing landing pages for conversion rate, segmenting customer profiles for more efficient targeting, and by integrating their strategy with our broader go-to-market channel approach
Lead cross-team reporting for all channel efforts and build reporting structure for go-to-market campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Tableau
Drive data-led digital marketing innovation to continuously improve the team’s online touch points
Own and drive the vendor relationships which support our website development and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts
Promote cross-team integration by working directly with the wider marketing team to optimize lead generation and ensure cohesive go-to-market campaign execution
Who you are:

Bachelor’s Degree or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience
4+ years of digital marketing experience with a B2B focus
Dedicated, and growth-focused mentality
Able to identify digital trends and continually critique and optimize performance with a positive mind-set
Analytical and data-focused. Should be comfortable analyzing large data sets to find opportunities that can influence business decision-making
Strategic thinkers able to support a strategic vision for digital marketing channels, and partner with key stakeholders while executing independently or as part of a larger group
Clear communicator
Able to handle multiple work streams against various deadlines while maintaining communication integrity with partners and stakeholders
Previous experience using a project and calendar management tool is preferred
Intermediate understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress or similar platforms. This includes familiarity with HTML and technology infrastructures using CSS
Intermediate skills in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), preferably with experience in B2B verticals
Intermediate skills in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid social media advertising, preferably having managed monthly budgets of $10k or more
Solid understanding of marketing automation program like Hubspot or Marketo, and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
Relevant experience working with or within the following digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Trello
