Our team works closely with creative and productive engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop products that improve access to the information. We’re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our clients.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next phase of cloud services. Additionally, you will develop product solutions, go-to-market, and business relationships in the Federal Reserve System. By applying to this role, you’ll be considered for all teams working on Cloud, On-Prem, Federal Reserve Board and National efforts.

As a Technical Product Manager, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, and/or enterprise systems. The end goal will be to align you with your interests, experience, and where you will have the most impact.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the cloud ecosystem, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
  • Works on multiple highly complex technology solutions or manages product portfolio that require in-depth knowledge across multiple business or system-wide
  • Partner with business lines to enable, architect, implement, and define the technical requirements, principles and models that guide Data solution decisions for the cloud ecosystem
  • Builds professional relationships with executives to gather and articulate the technical vision, and to produce the strategic plan for realizing it
  • Leverage strong collaboration, exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership and influencing skills to persuade our customer and gain consensus
  • Be a data evangelist – deep technical skill to solve complex problems with the use of interdisciplinary fields, processes, and algorithms to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Be a thought leader who can be a reliable source of insight and information that can successfully influence others

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and training
  • 10+ years in developing innovative, technical products
  • Experience in developing and launching products with varied technology stacks
  • Experience in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • Experience in creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge and ability to coach and transform teams to adopt software development methodologies, Agile SCRUM
  • Experience in implementing Data and Advanced Analytics solutions
  • SaaS or related experience in the Cloud
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to interface with C suite executives
  • Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction in AWS Cloud
  • Experience in working in Data Engineering tools such as Kafka, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Airflow, NOSQL Databases, in memory databases such as Redis, ignite
  • Knowledge of APIs to design RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML
  • Experience in designing and deploying cloud native micro services application on Kubernetes both On-Prem and public clouds
  • Experience in working (configuring, deploying, managing, and monitoring) with AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment software tools in the cloud
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas: Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
  • In depth understanding of security controls and implementations in the cloud
  • Knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing and failover configurations across application, infrastructure, and platform
  • Experience with and/or working knowledge the Financial Industry, Government Agencies, Federal Reserve Bank Lines of Business Applications
  • Must be a U.S Citizen or a Green Card holder with intent to become a U.S Citizen

Desired Skills:

  • Previous Tier 1, Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience designing and launching data related initiatives from the ground up
  • Experience with data security and governance
  • Experience in AI and Machine Learning
