  • Empowering the Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams on a daily basis
  • Acting as the day-to-day project and administrative contact to clients
  • Managing project resources, vacation coverage, and flagging resourcing conflicts
  • Updating staffing and project plan timelines and schedule weekly meetings
  • Tracking and monitoring team follow-ups and task lists
  • Updating status reports weekly
  • Updating budgets by monitoring staffing plan changes and extensions
  • Communicates scope change impact to project plans and budget
  • Creates invoices and follows up on payment status
  • Creates and prepares agenda for team meetings and ensures that the meeting covers all planned discussion points
  • Creates meeting notes and action items for team
  • Developing project plans, task lists, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Tracking time accurately and punctually
  • Escalate client issues to team lead or project lead
  • Proactively ensures that assets etc. from the client are shared with the full team
  • Educating the client on our team process, meetings to expect, and scheduling meetings
  • Manages client expectations around deliverable timings or changes in timeline and budget
  • Onboards the client to Fueled Process and creates weekly/monthly operational meeting/email to review and approve staffing plan
  • Maintains and develops good working relationship with the client and escalates or loops in New Projects/Supervisor/Depth heads to strengthen relationships when needed
  • Develops new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Consulting with clients to analyze needs and identify new services or changes to existing services
  • Managing relationships with external customer leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
  • Coaching and advising Project Managers
  • Contribute to initiatives, processes, documentation, and project team meetings
  • Responsible for tracking profitability tracking on projects and flagging to operations
  • Participates in the company review process and adhere’s to company policies
  • Responsible for asking clients for positive reviews
  • Delegating assignments to Project Managers
  • Responsible for ensuring invoices are paid on time
  • Responsible for ensuring clients are happy – pro-actively escalating as needed
  • Ensures compliance with contracts and SOWs
  • Works with the Sales team to generate and confirm new SOWs
  • Internally sets up the project in all tools and systems used by team members (drive, slack, harvest, forecast, notion, linear)
