  • Manage the production of efficient designs for new development, network relocations and network upgrades.
  • Establish relationships with local third-parties and ensure efficient processes are in place, while providing engineering vendor selection, engagement and management to deliver within schedule, budget and scope.
  • Integrate innovations into the design and engineering practices and work.
Support finance metric development, reporting and dashboard reporting.
  • Manage production with various vendors to ensure they are following proper guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute on network designs.

At a minimum we’d like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of Program Management experience in the Telecommunications Industry
  • Experience managing capital and technical programs.
  • Experience directly managing a team. Program Management experience.

It’s preferred if you have:

  • MBA or a graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
Demonstrated ability to employ good troubleshooting skills and creative problem solving abilities under pressure
  • Ability to develop the process flow to accelerate Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) design with incredible value.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to obtain and use key data, and coordinate with the team to track as-built documentation.
