How you’ll make your mark:

You will lead and drive the approach for the software and hardware product roadmap, end to end strategy, and business planning for the Aruba CX 6000 campus switching products covering access, aggregation and core deployments.
You will drive defining the value proposition, customer segmentation, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to the market.  (i.e. Product configuration mix, Revenue/margins, financials, market share).
You will manage the synthesis of market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.
You will manage product lifecycle to business segment goals across all phases of the product and business segment lifecycles (e.g. planning, development, launch, management, exit).
You will collaborate product team and drive the evaluation and assessment of the key operational metrics (ie: revenue unit/margins, market share, quality performance, channel route to market, quarterly financials and on time to delivery).

About you:

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
You have 8+ years of work experience in related field.
You have the ability to define and execute a business strategy that drives operational excellence & profit.
You have a strong technology foundation and business acumen and understand the technology strategy in the market.
You are able to lead and influence people and teams on complex projects.
You possess advanced skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis.
Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.
Understanding of networking technologies including Layer 2 Switching, IP Routing, QoS, Security, Cloud and AIOps.
