We are seeking several skilled Systems Engineers with a deep understanding of Containerization and Kubernetes to help us build and optimize and drive the integration and delivery of all components of the High Performance Compute (HPC) system stack – including compute, storage, network, hardware and software, in varied configurations. Our team is in the R&D side of HPE, giving you access to some of the newest tools in the industry.
This position could be located anywhere in the United States.
You will be on the front lines of ensuring that the system solutions fulfill and exceed our customer’s demanding requirements for scale, performance, usability, reliability, and manageability.
Lead the builds and installations of High Performance computing systems, Everest and/or Shasta
Leverage your deep knowledge of Linux systems engineering/administration to optimize existing and new HPC platforms.
Manage network configuration from physical switches to software defined networks.
Experience and Skills
A proven track record of success in large scale hardware and software builds, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of LINUX-based software, networks, filesystems, applications, and system management tools
Experience with containerization and cluster systems
Solid scripting skills
Knowledge of Kubernetes container-orchestration system
Understanding of High Performance Computing is a plus

Annual Salary: $83,000.00 – $120,800.00
