We are looking for an experienced and dynamic product leader to lead product management for a new portfolio of SaaS applications that is expected to completely transform the way industries operate today. Connected Logistics is a new strategic area of growth for Honeywell and is poised to fundamentally change the way businesses operate by providing an integrated set of solutions to manage supply chain operations, visibility, transparency and reliability.

In this role you will be setting the strategic vision for the product portfolio, develop and implement a business strategy which is aligned with the product vision to grow the portfolio by double digits YoY, work closely with the cross functional teams (engineering, services, marketing, legal, finance, partnership, etc.) and be responsible for executive stakeholder management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the track and trace product strategy, tenets, long-term goals and work backwards including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction.
Define track & trace product vision including all aspects to future roadmap, investment, innovation and experimentation.
Understanding the compliance requirements across geographies and incorporating them in the product roadmap.
Execution of product planning and development Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning.
Lead product launch and own the GTM plan to deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
Lead operations including monitoring and response to customer feedback, continuous improvement and business growth.
Lead interaction with Technical Team Including helping the technical team make trade-offs based on customer requirements, financial goals, etc.
Be the voice of the customer and product vision. Influence customers, partners, senior leaders across Honeywell and communicate Honeywell’s Connected Logistics vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.

Will Demonstrate:

Track record of success in the full lifecycle of product management and leading end-to-end product development including providing product vision and roadmaps, writing exceptional PRDs, and bringing to market high visibility and complex products on time.
Excellent communication skills; ability to influence without authority, working on/with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done.
Demonstrated track record in balancing product priorities against budget and timelines; a sense of urgency in driving execution; entrepreneurial spirit and love of developing products from an early stage.
Experience in leading SaaS applications in the following fields is required: product tracking, serialization, supply chain management, logistics operations, manufacturing operations, workflow management
Experience in working with a globally distributed team in a large and constantly scaling software development environment

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, or 7+ years of IT work experience
7 + years of experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs for customer-facing online and mobile products/services
7 + years of experience in customer-facing product management, having taken at least 1 SaaS application from ideation to maturity

WE VALUE

Experience in leading SaaS applications in at least three of the following fields: Product tracking, Supply chain management, Logistics operations, Manufacturing operations, Workflow management
Working experience in pharmaceutical, F&B, consumer goods or manufacturing industry
Understanding of fundamental concepts of traceability
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
Understanding of Agile Methodologies and any experience working in/with an agile software development team is a plus
