We are looking for a Solution Architect for our Healthcare Vertical Solutions group. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Healthcare technologies and systems. You will lead the solution architecture design for Honeywell’s next-gen Healthcare solutions. You will interface with partners to integrate capabilities into the solution architecture. You will work with platform architects and agile development teams to define requirements and guide development. You will work with key customer projects to define and shape application development. You will work with field engineers to guide deployment best practices for new solutions. You will report to the Vertical CTO to drive technology development and results.
Serve as Healthcare domain expert for HBT Healthcare Vertical Solution group
Work with technology, product management, sales and customer to define requirements for next-gen Healthcare technologies and solutions
Work with Platform System Architects and Agile Development Teams to guide development of platform capabilities as well as applications
Work with current and potential partners and design interfaces for technology integration
Work with customer project teams to define application features and functions with scalable capabilities
Work with project engineering and customer delivery teams to manage risk and ensure effective design and delivery
You Must Have:
3 years of experience with Healthcare technologies and solutions
5 years of experience in development and deployment of large-scale projects / services with hardware and software components
3 years of experience as system / solution architect with proven ability to envision and realize solutions that leverage multiple technologies
1 year of experience applying technology to support critical healthcare outcomes
1 year of experience implementing systems to support Healthcare workflows for patients and clinical staff
1 year of experience working with global teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge and experience with data and IoT frameworks
Understanding of technology trends and passion for keeping current with future state of technologies
Broad multifunctional experience covering technology, marketing, sales, innovation and general management.
Results driven with a positive can-do attitude
Understanding of distributed, connected systems that span multiple on-premise locations and cloud
Experience working with asset tracking systems in healthcare facilities
Experience with BMS design, configuration and management in hospitals
Experience integrating workflow and building systems to solve healthcare operational challenges
Knowledge of how indoor environments in critical hospital spaces affect patient outcomes
