Hopin’s Customer Marketing & Community team is looking for a Community Marketing Manager to help with the development and implementation of a community marketing strategy aimed at driving growth and retention of Hopin’s online Community programs and events.
Lead marketing strategy for the online community and all community programs
Collaborate across the marketing organization to plan, coordinate, and connect the community campaigns and programs to broader marketing initiatives
Partner closely with TBH Customer Education and Engagement Programs Manager on the creation and execution of customer engagement and education programs
Create and execute internal and external awareness, engagement, and retention campaigns
Coordinate with social, DG, and other marketing teams to cross-promote and drive awareness for the community
Author community marketing content including community templates, swag design, assets, and logos
Source customer use cases and stories from the community to be featured in marketing materials
Identification and maximized relationship building and recognition of customer advocates
Ensure community SEO strategy is maximized
4+ years experience in a customer marketing, content marketing, social media, or community marketing role with experience in and understanding of the SaaS industry
Demonstrated ability to develop creative and engaging content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tell compelling stories
Ability to take a strategic approach and lead marketing initiatives for the community
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, manage competing and regularly changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal oversight
Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and initiative
Fully remote, global team
