The Role

Hopin is seeking a high-performing Demand Generation Manager – StreamYard to join the Demand Generation team and drive strategic programs to support marketing’s revenue goals. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for creating scalable, integrated marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects and customers.

You will work closely with marketing operations to ensure each campaign drives trackable and measurable results. You will develop and scale our top of funnel marketing programs to drive awareness and high quality pipeline for our SDR and sales teams, driving impact and accelerating our rapid growth.

To be successful in this role you must forge partnerships with multiple disciplines including Sales, Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Content, Corporate Marketing, and Product Marketing. You’ll make sure campaigns for each target are optimized, delivering the right story to the right audience at the right time, efficiently tracking against our pipeline and revenue targets. Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation program for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new leads, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities.
Own and drive the calendar of integrated marketing programs and communicate program timing with sales.
You will prioritize impact and track demand generation goals to increase marketing-sourced revenue, track performance, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Partner with Marketing Operations and always stay one step ahead to ensure that engaged leads flow through the journey with a positive experience
Based on quarterly pacing towards marketing generated pipeline, implement action plans to address any gaps.
About You

4+ years of demand generation marketing at a high growth SaaS company.
Marketing automation experience (Marketo preferred) and proficiency with SFDC
Track record of launching and scaling successful B2B campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and hit ROI targets.
Experience working with a B2B sales team and understanding of the sales cycle, funnel metrics, and levers to move the needle to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline velocity.
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors.
Extremely organized and self motivated. You have a stellar work ethic, are solution-oriented, and can work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
Flexibility to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Passion for live streaming and/or events is a huge plus.
