Hopin is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager who will own the planning and execution of programs focused on product-led growth. This role will combine creativity, curiosity, data, and operational knowledge to improve and optimize our Freemium experience and overall customer journey. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will partner with other teams in Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations to optimize our product-led acquisition, onboarding, up-sell, and retention.
Develop and maintain programs and messaging across platforms to optimize the conversion points throughout the acquisition and in-app experience.
Achieve online revenue target, trial, and online user KPIs while improving onboarding and lifecycle experience through experimentation.
Participate in a cross-functional Growth Squad that spans marketing, customer success, and product.
Work closely with digital, demand, customer lifecycle, and product marketing to align growth strategy with our inbound and outbound marketing programs – focusing on decreasing customer acquisition costs and increasing conversion, retention, and expansion of our online business.
Build out tracking and reporting for growth activities.
4+ years of experience in demand and growth marketing at SaaS companies – experience in a high-growth trial and purchasing model is essential.
Highly data-driven with a strong ability to learn new tools and technologies
Strong Salesforce and Marketing Automation experience (Marketo is a plus)
Proven program and project management skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to roll up sleeves and “go deep” as needed to improve performance and outcomes.
