The Role

We are looking for a strategic and solution-oriented HR leader to join our Employee Experience team! This person will lead our team of global People Partners as well as lead on the people side of new acquisitions.

As a forward-thinking leader, you will guide the team to create and implement solutions for a variety of people programs including succession planning, performance management, engagement, talent development, retention and rewards. As our teams continue to scale, it will be critical for our People Partner team to work with the leaders to help our talent do their best work and impact the success of the business.

Design and define the strategy for the People Partner function as we rapidly scale the organization.
Design and define the team’s org structure and prepare for scale to support the business growth needs.
Work alongside other People functions to shape a culture of continuous learning, feedback and development.
Guide the PPs to develop key and strategic projects with their stakeholders and across their orgs.
Promote innovation, diversity, and inclusion practices amongst the teams.
Work with the PPs and senior leadership to address, maintain and improve our culture and employee engagement.
Design and develop the M&A strategy from the People team perspective and work alongside the central corporate development/M&A team to ensure successful integrations.
Collaborate with the People Team to understand what programs and processes already exist and what you will need to design to align with the business strategy.
Partner with People Development to coach leaders on delivering effective feedback and cultural knowledge-gaps.
Develop strong relationships with Total Rewards, People Development, DEI, Recruiting and Legal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and delivery of people programs to the business
Guide the PPs team to achieve operational excellence by creating and improving processes and documentation.
About you

Multiple years of experience working as an HRBP in a global technology company.
Multiple years of experience managing and scaling HRBP teams
Experience with M&A
Fluency in English both written and verbal forms.
Integrity – ability to establish trusting relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in demonstrating agility and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Problem solving skills – you are comfortable getting to the root cause of a problem and using great judgement to address complex situations with business leaders.
Change-management skills – ability to design, implement and lead discussions around change and transformation.
Strong analytical and project management skills – ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for action.
Proven track record demonstrating collaboration skills – you thrive in a remote, asynchronous and dynamic environment.
