The Role

Hopin is searching for a data-driven Search Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our paid search channels. In this position, you will be responsible for the success of all of our paid search programs. The ideal candidate has a testing and learning mindset with a passion for data and optimizations. This role requires prior experience managing paid search programs in a B2B setting.


Plan and execute Google, Bing, and any other paid search channels
Partner with demand marketing leaders to align on campaigns, channel strategies, and regional opportunities
Manage quarterly budgets for your channels and own revenue targets
Conduct frequent testing to evaluate all aspects of a successful paid search program, incl. ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance
Optimize keyword bids, budgets, impression share, conversion rates, and other paid search metrics to drive sustainable revenue growth
Evaluate new strategies and opportunities for paid search and provide recommendations for adoption
Analyze channel-level KPI dashboards to determine opportunities for growth or efficiency
Track and report on key channel metrics and go-to-marketing campaigns

About You

You’re accountable to excellence. You want to sign-up for a hard revenue number.  You are impact and objective focused and work entrepreneurially to exceed targets.
4+ years of hands-on experience owning Paid Social channels in a B2B environment
Managed large monthly budgets over the course of at least 2 years
In-depth understanding of how paid search channels interact with other marketing channels for a multi-channel approach
Outstanding analytical skills and strong orientation to data
