What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior People Development Specialist to support our People Development learning strategy, enabling exceptional professional development experiences at Hopin that help us retain and develop our talent.
The main responsibilities of this role includes designing, curating and facilitating new and innovative learning & development experiences for Hopin. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for helping people learn, grow and be at their best. You should have an interest in learning technology and how to enable a high impact learning culture at Hopin.
Bring thought leadership to People Development that helps us realize our learning strategy
Collaborate with our People Partners and across the People org to understand the professional development needs of Hopineers
Design & curate exceptional professional development programmes and opportunities for Hopineers
Facilitate professional development programmes and opportunities for Hopineers & teams across Hopin
Socialize, communicate and market out people development offerings – creating awareness, excitement and engagement
Establish partnerships with external vendors to help us deliver on our learning strategy
Continue to work directly with these partners to create seamless learning experiences for Hopin
Work with external contracts where we have instructional design need – helping to advise, test and implement elearning solutions
Partner with our People Analytics team to ensure our LMS learning records are up to date
You wake up thinking about how to enable our employees to be at their best
You love to research and think about new and innovative ways to amplify learning & development
You are excited about learning technology and how it can advance how Hopineers experience learning
You understand adult design theory and can design programmes that are optimized for a fully remote company
You have a proven successful track record in developing and leading global professional development programs & initiatives
You are a seasoned facilitator and love to engage with learners virtually and in person
You both enjoy and have experience working and designing development initiatives in extremely fast paced environments
You are comfortable with change and enjoy taking an agile approach to your work
You have excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
You have experience managing multiple competing priorities and projects & can deliver with impact
You have strong attention to detail
You have experience working with learning management systems and learning technology more broadly
