Indr is looking for a Head of Customer Success who will report to the Chief Operating Officer.  This is not a traditional Customer Success role, however, as the majority of our business will be through channel partners. It is therefore critical to help align our partners, as they transition to working in a new way.

We are seeking a customer-centric leader with experience building and scaling Customer Success, preferably in the enterprise SaaS space, to help accelerate our partners’ and customers’ efforts in support of digital transformation. Initially, this will be a team of one but with time we expect to build a team to support you.

You will lead our efforts to help Indr partners and customers realize their business outcomes. This will include crafting the company’s initial customer success strategies. You will also lead efforts to build strong relationships externally and internally to deliver consistently exemplary customer experiences.

We anticipate that you will serve as a strategic advisor and provide trusted support to our partners and customers.  The best candidate is therefore both a “numbers” and a  “people” person, equally comfortable working with senior executives on change management as well as leveraging customer insights, data, and technology to achieve optimal outcomes.
