Who You Are

Justworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the newly formed Growth program to work collaboratively with Design and Engineering. Product Managers are responsible for scoping and guiding products to launch, guiding the iterative improvement process, and considering both internal and external needs.

We seek to enable sustainable growth for Justworks; our product is focused on acquiring, qualifying and guiding customers to a suite of products that meet their needs and financial means. The Senior Product Manager will lead their team to build new products and innovate, as well as mentor other product managers within the Growth program. The successful candidate will take ownership of driving conversion through innovative pricing strategy and transparent product packaging.

What You Will Work On

Define a product vision and strategy with stakeholders and direct working team to drive stronger, more sustainable growth for our primary customers (small businesses with 1-200 employees)
Establish a clear view of our acquisition funnel and build a data-driven feedback loop to optimize the full journey from first touch through consideration and conversion with a focus on pricing & packaging.
Gather insights – including from customer research, business intelligence, product analytics, stakeholder feedback, and external market data
Continuously prioritize the needs of customers and internal stakeholders using evidence-based decision-making, reassessing as needed
Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing to create a cross functional and collaborative development process specific to your domain
Create metrics and goals around feature launches, measuring success post-launch and iterating
Inspire and support your team to drive meaningful results for the business
Create specifications and testing plans, identify and mitigate potential risks, holding our work to high quality standards
Be a passionate believer in the Justworks product and evangelize it internally and externally
Maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity
Be able to say “No,” but back it up with reasoning
Be transparent in your roadmap and prioritization

Minimum of 5 years of software product management experience, with demonstrated wins
Minimum 3 years experience in a growth-related role driving B2C or B2B acquisition
Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management stakeholders
Able to learn the Justworks domains and value proposition quickly (benefits, payments, health insurance, HR, etc)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for storytelling
Agile methodology knowledge and experience
Understanding of SaaS SMB products, including pricing tactics and strategy
Bonus points for experience in HRIS or PEO space
