Who You Are
Justworks is seeking a Staff Product Manager for our Mobile team. The Mobile team’s mission is to focus on our customers’ on-the-go needs as it relates to our suite of products that help growing, talent-centric companies efficiently onboard and manage employees throughout their entire lifecycle. This role will also be responsible for coalescing our overall mobile strategy across native apps, mobile web and new mobile-first features that expand our product set beyond web.

Product Managers are responsible for strategy, scoping and guiding products to launch, guiding the iterative improvement process, and considering both internal and external needs. The ideal candidate can get to know their customers deeply, collaborate with cross-functional peers and move through the design thinking process in an agile, iterative way.

This position will report into the Director of Product.

What You Will Work On
Making magic out of a complex and antiquated industry through intense focus on simplification
Help to define a product vision and strategy with stakeholders and direct working team
Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and available data – including Voice of Customer data, external market data, and existing Justworks data
Partnering with and lead cross functional teams like Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, etc. to set product vision and strategy
Defining and socializing the roadmap of your product area through deep research and understanding of business goals
Building broad institutional and marketplace knowledge of the myriad integrated and point solutions across the benefits, payments and people management tech.
Bringing your solutions to market through ownership of the full product lifecycle: problem identification, solution design, spec, implementation and validation
Going deep into both technical huddles with engineers and strategic discussions with leadership
Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency
Create metrics and goals around feature launches, measuring success post-launch and iterating
Continuously prioritize needs of customers and internal stakeholders, and reassess as needed
Be able to say “No,” but back it up with reasoning

Qualifications

You’ve worked for 8+ years in a customer facing product management capacity at a technology-driven organization with at least 3 years in a mobile-focused role
You have a track record of building and shipping successful web and mobile products in an agile environment with demonstrated impact
You have owned complex products with large surface areas and lived experience making difficult prioritization and investment decisions
General acumen with analytics and data tools & concepts (SQL, BI Tools, A/B testing, etc…)
Bonus points for experience in People Management tech, SaaS SMB products or PEO space
