Based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco*, you’ll be an integral part of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions’ advertising team. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is in hyper-growth mode and has been rapidly gaining market share. It has been growing at 40+% annual growth rate on a >3B business. Targeting and attribution are two key components of this accelerated business. The team’s mission is to build an industry leading audience targeting and attribution platform that helps businesses reach the right professional audience and demonstrate the full value of LinkedIn media by helping businesses assess and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of their marketing efforts on these high quality audiences.

As part of our world-class software engineering team, you will be in charge of building the cutting edge platform and applications that leverage online, offline and nearline technologies in combinations with Artificial Intelligence techniques to drive value for our customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with multiple business partners from product, marketing, and central infrastructure teams to define, plan, and execute on initiatives that directly impact advertising revenue and ensure end-to-end correctness of the data pipelines.

Responsibilities:
You will…
Work cross-functionally with multiple teams including product managers, fellow developers, and infrastructure teams to build applications backend, middle-tier business logic, and leverage scalable storage systems.
Build reliable, high-performance and scalable mission-critical APIs and backend services.
Work on system scalability and performance improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent technical experience
1+ years of industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
BS with 3+ years of relevant work experience, MS with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with object oriented design, coding, testing patterns, and programming languages (Java, C++, C#, or any backend language)
MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline
