The Core Commerce Agile Program Management organization is seeking a program manager to help build the future of our digital commerce business! This individual will have working experience in an Agile and program model structure and an ability to cultivate Agile maturity within business and technology teams.

Our ideal candidate develops a culture of trust and collaboration. This role requires end-to-end program management skills and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.


This role drives critical results across the enterprise, including Product Management, Digital Design, Global Technology, and business teams. You will own, drive and lead iterative end-to-end delivery of value to our consumers.


  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • This candidate has a deep understanding of how to ship software iteratively in collaboration with large engineering and design teams;
  • Experienced in guiding scrum and/or kanban teams through estimating, backlog refinement, retrospectives, user story writing, release planning and other ceremonies;
  • This should be someone that others enjoy working with due to your positive demeanor and ability to partner and influence;
  • You can jump into situations with few guardrails and make things better;
  • You can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and then deliver those plans;
  • Excellent communications skills including: presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to coach, mentor and lead across cross-functional teams;
  • You possess a growth mindset.

Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate. For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $117,000 per year. Information about benefits can be found here.
