As the Senior Manager of UX design, you lead the product design function for all of Happy Returns, including hiring and managing the design team, establishing and iterating design processing and tooling, and evangelizing product design throughout Happy Returns as well as the larger PayPal organization. Meet our team

Happy Returns, a PayPal company, makes returns beautiful for shoppers, merchants, and the planet—if you’ve ever done a box-free return from Amazon to Kohl’s or Whole Foods, that’s a process we invented and is used by more than 75% of shoppers from brands like Everlane, Revolve, Levi’s, Gymshark, Allbirds, and many more.
