Get the gunk out of the gears. We facilitate standardized, well-structured, and compliant deals by providing strategic and tactical support for pricing and quotes, discounting, contract structures, and approval processes. We help guide on matters of strategic pricing, negotiation strategies and account planning. We also build processes, tools and documentation that allow for efficient pricing review/approval and proposal/contract development. We reduce friction in the sales cycle, and strengthen partnerships across Sales, Finance, and Business Operations.
Measure what matters. We develop and drive operational deal analytics including SLAs. We use metrics to identify areas that need work and to drive improvements that further empower our Sales teams to focus on customers and increase revenue.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Support global sales teams on deal/pricing structure and quoting, alternative contract options, and negotiation strategies to help increase win rates. Develop creative deal structures and ensure accuracy of sales quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
Assist with reviewing and interpreting contract language that drives a deeper historical understanding of customer entitlements and whitespace potential
Facilitate the creation of compliant quotes by evangelizing the use of appropriate deal structures, discounting, invoicing schedules, and other terms in line with finance and order management policies.
Maintain sales enablement material and documentation. Coordinate with policy owners to ensure that policies are reviewed periodically and adjusted as appropriate. Complete the circuit by ensuring the Enablement team has up-to-date material and that efforts are working by completing trend analysis on help tickets and other quantitative and qualitative methods.
Expose sales to self-serve tools without abandoning them in times of urgent need.
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
Undergraduate degree in business administration or similar
3-7 years of professional experience in sales and/or operations
Experience with SaaS & Salesforce strongly preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
