The Senior Business Operations Analyst will partner closely with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver on their operational needs. In this role, you will blend critical thinking with on-the-ground execution to bring Finance processes and systems to scale on the road to best-in-class operations. Bringing a deep curiosity and critical eye to understand the team’s challenges and a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving, you will have outsized impact on our Finance organization’s success!

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Develop and maintain roadmap of Finance-centric and Finance-involved programs.
Coordinate planning and management of projects, including corporate integrations, Finance system implementations and enhancements, and other major initiatives (e.g., pricing and packaging, IPO readiness).
Build cross-functional relationships and advocate for Finance point of view at all stages of major departmental and companywide projects to ensure completeness of scoping, requirements gathering, and testing
Support FP&A, Accounting, and Tax teams by prioritizing key projects, establishing channels to other teams for planning and execution, and providing thought leadership and analytical cover.
Compel stakeholders to action by surfacing gaps in data and process and assessing criticality.
Drive evolution and augmentation of key metrics and reporting to scale with company revenue growth and international expansion
Document Finance policies and processes; identify opportunities for improvement and supplement with critical insights, data, and tools
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
5+ years in business operations, finance operations, FP&A, or equivalent experience (e.g., from management consulting).
Eye for operational improvements; experience with public-company compliance and control requirements preferred.
Understanding of enterprise SaaS businesses and their operational metrics; knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts a plus
Able to communicate, empathize with, and influence various audiences (including C-level executives)
Ability to own and drive independent cross-functional analytical projects with partner-first demeanor, working across multiple online and offline data sources.
Proven track record of interpreting analyses and providing meaningful insights and recommendations that create productive discussions and challenge the business.
Highly organized, accountable, and motivated; able to develop, run, and communicate status of projects across teams in support of a common goal. Delivers projects on time and with high quality.
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite ideal; proficiency with Google Suite (or MS Office suite)
