As a member of the Salsify Leadership Group, you will lead a team of experience design, content and learning strategists and field enablement consultants to build out world class field enablement programs to equip sales and customer success teams with the right skills, knowledge, processes and enablement tools to maximize sales growth and customer success impact.

We partner with Product Marketing, Business Ops and Field enablement partners to curate, build and amplify amazing content for maximum impact to the GTM teams building learning assets and paths for competency, foraging and sharing. How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead a high performing team of experience design, learning strategists, program management and field consultants to deliver and mature internal and external enablement programs, tools and solutions that move the needle for productivity and efficiency.
Sales acceleration with operational excellence
Sales strategy enablement with product marketing
Field specific & product enablement initiatives
Major change/company enablement initiatives: (e.g. M&A integration, New system/processes rollout, CKO/SKO)
Customer product certifications
Sales Partner enablement & Delivery Partner certifications
Drive and own steering and alignment across Executive leaders on enablement priorities, setting team objectives and enablement roadmaps, outcome measures and investment globally for Salsify
Accountable for Global New Hire Onboarding Programs and competency programs for: Pre-Sales, Inside Sales/XDRs, Direct Sales, Partner Sales, Customer Success and Support.
Oversight of product depth certification development for salsify product roadmaps. Partner for growth in delivery capacity and technical expertise for Salsify, customers and partners.
Trusted advisor with strategic oversight and change readiness across major change/company initiatives in the company.
Business owner of enablement systems and technology
Own Enablement BOD/Executive level qualitative and quantitative measures and indicators, reporting and benchmarks for productivity partnering with Business Operations.

Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience building revenue, GTM enablement operations in SAAS
The ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
B.S./M. A./M. S. in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Design, Arts, Business or a related degree
