Website Salsify

Salsify is a leading commerce experience management platform.

We go further together. Salsify recently reached $111m ARR – up 53% YoY – and we’re not slowing down. The next steps of our journey will require us to rely on one another more than ever. As part of the Deal Operations team, you will form strong bonds with your colleagues in Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and beyond to achieve outstanding outcomes. We are exposing new ways of working together and building durable connective tissues between the functions that support our sales teams!
Get the gunk out of the gears. We facilitate standardized, well-structured, and compliant deals by providing strategic and tactical support for pricing and quotes, discounting, contract structures, and approval processes. We help guide on matters of strategic pricing, negotiation strategies and account planning. We also build processes, tools and documentation that allow for efficient pricing review/approval and proposal/contract development. We reduce friction in the sales cycle, and strengthen partnerships across Sales, Finance, and Business Operations.
Measure what matters. We develop and drive operational deal analytics including SLAs. We use metrics to identify areas that need work and to drive improvements that further empower our Sales teams to focus on customers and increase revenue.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Support global sales teams on deal/pricing structure and quoting, alternative contract options, and negotiation strategies to help increase win rates. Develop creative deal structures and ensure accuracy of sales quotes in Salesforce CPQ.

Facilitate the creation of compliant quotes by evangelizing the use of appropriate deal structures, discounting, invoicing schedules, and other terms in line with finance and order management policies.
