The Sales Operations Manager will partner closely with EMEA Sales leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver on their operational needs across our key regions. In this role, you will blend critical thinking with on-the-ground execution to support and achieve growth-oriented goals and investment strategies, improve performance, and strengthen the sales process. Bringing a curiosity to problem solve, a solutions-oriented approach, and a passion for Sales productivity and optimization, you will have outsized impact on our team’s success!

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Partner on go-to-market strategy: Operationalize our GTM and selling strategy in EMEA, including new market entry and scale; build and maintain capacity models and territory design; support sales incentive and enablement plans
Optimize and scale sales processes to increase rep productivity and revenue bookings, as well as improve CRM usage and compliance.
Lead analytics/reporting: Build analytics and dashboards and facilitate presentation and review of EMEA Sales performance metrics on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences. Monitor analytics and provide practical insights and recommendations that drive business improvements across teams, markets/geos, and strategic business segments.
Drive ARR predictability: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to forecast pipeline and bookings; Provide data-driven insights that will challenge and solidify the forecast.
Ensure data quality: Implement regular data governance and hygiene/quality processes. Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and find opportunities for improvement.
The role will report to our Senior Director, Business Operations, based in Boston, USA.

5+ years sales, sales operations or equivalent experience (e.g., from consulting or an agency) at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel tools — Ability to own and drive independent cross-functional analysis projects, working across multiple online and offline data sources; Ability and curiosity to challenge the business and drive a productive discussion
Able to command the room, influence without authority, and serve as a trusted adviser to internal partners and teams (including C-Level executives)
Highly organized and accountable; Able to develop, lead, and communicate status of projects across teams in support of a common goal. Delivers projects on time and with high quality.
Tenacity, passion, and a highly developed sense of curiosity; Resilient and a team player with a great sense of humor
Fluency in spoken and written English is required
