  • You are driven by the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer-engagement business challenges
  • You love to share your skills and expertise with customers and their partners in the early stages of their product adoption through the expanded enterprise-wide usage of the solution
  • You are confident in discovering and communicating creative solutions to unique business needs
  • You like to take the lead in architecting the Thunderhead product for our Enterprise customers
  • You understand deeply to explain simply, giving confidence to the most hardened technologists while energizing the most visionary marketers


  • Develop and use deep knowledge of the ONE Engagement Hub platform
  • Carry out presentations to different audience levels
  • Scope, define, and design solutions offerings, driving end – to – end technical solutions.
  • Ability to work in both delivery and presales
  • Assisting with in-platform configuration needs to support client use cases
  • Host technical learning sessions for internal and external audiences
  • Work with core team on a host of potential activities and solutions.
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
  • Strong Front End capabilities, to include modern browser practices and JavaScript knowledge.
  • Strong, demonstrated capability to create new solution components via Node JS, micro services, and serverless cloud computing services
  • Support the deployment of the Thunderhead solution.
  • Collaborate and contribute solution ideas for productization consideration
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
  • Provide technical management of the solution during proof-of-concept, pilot, and paid opportunities
  • Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.


  • 2+ years experience as software product development / engineering; SaaS / platform environment
  • Ability to leverage APIs to pass data to and from client systems
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze the rationale behind business requirements, explain how a solution design will address the business value/need and translate the requirements into lightweight, documented solution recommendations
  • Strong, demonstrated capability to create new solution components via Node JS, micro services, and serverless cloud computing services
  • Strong adherence to best practice solution design and execution to ensure reuse and transportability to other clients
  • Driven by customer satisfaction, you can manage expectations with empathy and professionalism
  • BS in computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

      Advantageous skills/experience:

  • Understanding of serverless architectures (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing solutions
  • Mobile development and SDK experience, either iOS or Android
  • Experience with enterprise class software / platforms
  • 2+ years working in needs analysis, solution design and configuration/delivery of enterprise SaaS CRM and/or Digital Marketing solutions
  • At least 3 years customer facing experience
  • Enjoy being on the front lines and ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize value from subscription software and services.
  • Experienced at driving value based conversations relating to adoption, strong technical knowledge to aid in customer adoption is a must.
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize your work day independently.
  • Team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to used adoption and churn mitigation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to guide customers to success until the tools and systems available.
  • Comfortable reviewing data-sets, graphs and charts to actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers.
