We are seeking an Account Executive, with a startup mindset, who will develop strategic relationships with target customers and close deals to drive revenue growth. Supported by leads generated by the Business Development team, you will be part of a team that leads us to achieve our customer acquisition goals. This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the Sales Manager.
As the Account Executive you will…
Develop strategic relationships and conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs and educate on Tribal’s product offerings
Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, including prospecting, outreach and relationship management, negotiation and closing of new business.
Work strategically with management to identify challenges and provide recommended solutions.
Identify current and future partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with your team; sharing industry news, sales best practices and other experiences to help the team learn, innovate and grow together.
Exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in an Account Executive or other sales role, preferably in the Fintech, Banking, or Tech industry.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Proven track record of driving and closing deals.
Successfully sold into mid-market commercial accounts.
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
Experience working with CRMs, “Pipedrive, Churnzero, Looker, etc.”
Collaborative and customer-centric self-starter who is a creative problem solver and empathetic toward customers.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience implementing and executing best practices that drive pipeline development and intended outcomes
