Tribal is looking for a Partnership Success Analyst to join our team. In this role, the Partnership Success Analyst will serve as the frontline ambassador for our Partners, and the voice of our LatAm Partners internally. This role is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and reports to the Head of Strategics partner.

As the Partnership Success Analyst you will…

  • Activate and manage the partnership relationship of the company
    Drive new revenue growth by increasing the number of leads coming from our partners
    Develop strategic plans on how to improve our partners experience (i.e: through product feature improvements and integrations in our dashboards)
    ​C​ross-sell our new ​products
    Negotiate offers with our partners for our Buyer’s club.
    Nurture and maintain relationships with existing Partners  to ensure higher lifetime value and customer loyalty

Who You Are

  • 2+  years of experience in Customer Success or Sales teams
    Experience working with CRMs such as Hubspot or Looker
    Collaborative and customer-centric self-starter
    Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities and deadlines. Creative problem solver and empathy towards customers.
    Experience in B2B activities is a nice to have
    Fluent in Spanish and English required
    Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
    Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
