We are seeking a Sales Performance Specialist, with a startup mindset, that will focus on defining the enablement and continuous training strategy for the commercial team by developing ongoing performance improvement programs, and optimizing materials/content based on insights. They will be responsible for measuring effectiveness of programs and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes across Sales Enablement strategy, content and training. This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the Sr Sales Enablement Manager.

As the Sales Performance Specialist you will…

  • Define Sales Training and Enablement strategy for performance improvement, partnering closely with Sales leadership and key stakeholders such as Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers.
    Creating everboarding strategy and mastery programs, ensuring sellers understand how to leverage the tools and resources available.
    Regularly assess the needs of sales roles to develop innovative and creative training solutions.
    Measure and report on program effectiveness and investments with monthly sales training KPIs.
    Coach sellers providing call and presentation feedback.
    Manage and maintain updated content in a centralized location, ensuring regular review cycles.
    Partner with Sales Leadership to identify new needs, design and develop scalable ongoing training for our team, coordinate and deliver training.
    Be creative and proactive! Create and manage content, reviewing regularly to look for opportunities to improve the learning experience based on results and feedback.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years experience in creation and delivery of training programs, including content creation and metrics reporting (this could be corporate training, teaching or enablement roles!)
    Experience working directly with sales tools (e.g.  Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot) to monitor and measure adoption of knowledge and practices delivered in training is an asset.
    You’re organized and have great project management skills
    Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
    Excellent organizational skills
    Fluent in Spanish and English required
    Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
    Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
