Carla Jacobson Director of Customer Success, Journera
Carla is the Director of Customer Success at Journera, a company that helps some of the world’s largest international travel companies connect data for their shared customers in order to create seamless travel experiences.
Her love of hospitality and technology was founded in her studies of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. After completing her degree, she worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, advising companies on hotel investments and developments in the Latin America region. She also worked on the corporate strategy team at InterContinental Hotels Group. She obtained her MBA from University of Chicago Booth and followed that experience with a role at Accenture, focusing on travel and technology projects.
Carla was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in the great city of Chicago. She is a wife and proud dog mom of two King Charles Cavaliers. She enjoys exploring, cooking, fitness bootcamps and reading.
