Diana Moreno Attorney-Advisor, National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA)
Diana is an Attorney-Advisor at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), a government agency tasked with advising on technological advances affecting the telecommunications industry. Her role includes the review of legislative proposals and preparation of statements/comments before federal courts, regulatory agencies, and Congress.
Diana has always been passionate about technology and attributes that trait to her grandmother, who never let age keep her away from playing Super Nintendo on the weekends. As such, Diana learned to program and build computers at an early age and later combined that passion with her love of policy, which she developed during her undergraduate years. This
paved the way to law school and interning at technology-focused groups such as Iridium Communications, the Transportation Security Administration, ACT | The App Association, and NTIA.
Diana earned her Juris Doctorate degree from American University, Washington College of Law and an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School.
