Founder, Executive Consultant, and Author Marisella Bodrero runs a 12-week sprint style bootcamp that covers getting clear on which role you want to do first in tech, landing a 1st round interview, branding, resume feedback, and interview prep strategies. You will be mentored and coached by your peers and facilitated by industry coaches.

The purpose of the program is to educate and provide Latinas + WOC a transformational experience within their community of underrepresented women. Many of our students are the first in their family to be in tech (first generation).

Marisella is driving change to the Latina community by liberating women through taking action on their career development and breaking glass ceilings. She is known for her speaking, facilitating, and consulting work in technology.
