Logaine is a Peruvian artist, writer, book maker and communicator with over 20 years’ experience in the advertising, publishing, and education industries. As former Creative Director at an advertising agency in Peru, she developed concepts, strategies and campaigns for several local and international clients such as the United Nations, Scotiabank, Coca-Cola, and Kimberly-Clark. She has led Creative Writing and Creative Problem-Solving workshops for children, teens and adults in academic and business settings. A visual storyteller, Logaine’s work focuses on the interplay between words and images to convey meaning. She is the author of three artist’s books that question traditional ways of reading, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Children’s Literature at UBC Vancouver.

In this Lunch & Learn, Logaine will teach participants how to give meaning to their own stories. She will teach participants strategies on how to address topics from varied perspectives, allowing them to expand their impact. She will help participants narrow down what they want to accomplish and convey through storytelling. Participants will then work with Logaine and others to shape these stories into their perfect pitch.

As this is a hands-on workshop, space is limited. The event will be first come, first serve based on registration.
